Biltong Ring is a novelty, biltong-themed keyring intended for personal use, gifting, and enjoyment. It is not an edible product and does not contain any real biltong.
3. Ownership and Trademark
"Biltong Ring" is a registered trademark in the Republic of South Africa. All product designs, packaging, and associated intellectual property are protected under the Trade Marks Act 194 of 1993 and the Copyright Act 98 of 1978. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand or designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within South Africa using reputable couriers.
Delivery timelines vary based on location but are generally 3–7 business days.
Once dispatched, we are not liable for courier delays or loss.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the novelty nature of the product, refunds and returns are only permitted for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of receiving the product, with photographic evidence.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Biltong Ring and its owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of the product. This includes (but is not limited to) keyring failure, allergic reactions (if attached to scented accessories), or personal injuries resulting from product misuse.
